Which machines can cut these?
Any Cricut Maker, Explore or Joy Xtra, and Silhouette Cameo or Portrait. The frame is 8 × 8 in, so it fits a 12 × 12 in mat and letter or A4-ish cardstock. The original Cricut Joy is too narrow.
Silhouette Studio Basic can't open SVGs, so every download also includes DXF files.
What do I get in the download?
A combined SVG with every layer in its own colour, one SVG per layer, DXF files for Silhouette, PNGs, printable templates for hand cutting, and a PDF with the colour guide and step-by-step build.
What cardstock should I use?
65 to 80 lb (176 to 216 gsm) cardstock. Lighter card curls when you stack it; heavier card struggles with the fine detail. Each design comes with a suggested colour for every layer.
Do I need to weld or attach anything?
No. Every layer is one clean closed path, so it cuts as one piece straight away. There is nothing to weld, attach or clean up.
Why is my design the wrong size in Design Space?
Design Space sometimes rescales SVGs on upload. Select all layers and set the width to 8 in with the padlock closed, then check the height says 8 in too. The build guide walks through it.
Can I sell what I make?
Yes. You can sell the finished physical pieces you make from any design, with no limit and no extra licence. What you can’t do is share or resell the digital files. Details on the licence page.
How do I get my files?
On Etsy, your files are in Purchases and Reviews straight after checkout. Buying direct, you get an email with your download link.
