Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy a digital download from the Stacked Scenes website. Purchases on Etsy are also covered by Etsy's own terms.

What you're buying

Every product is a digital download: cutting files (SVG, DXF, PNG), printable templates and a PDF guide. Nothing physical is posted. You're buying a licence to use the files as described on the licence page.

Delivery

Your download link arrives by email as soon as payment goes through. If it hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then get in touch.

Your right to cancel

Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital downloads, that right ends once the download starts, as long as you agreed to this at checkout. When you buy, you'll be asked to confirm that you want the files straight away and understand you then lose the right to cancel.

If something's wrong with your files

If a file is faulty, won't open, or doesn't match the description, tell me and I'll fix it or send replacement files. If I can't fix it, you'll get a refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling. There's no VAT to add.
