This page explains what information Stacked Scenes collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Who's responsible

Stacked Scenes is run by Marni Lindsay in Edinburgh, Scotland, who is responsible for your information. ICO registration number: ZC251962. Questions or requests: hello@marnilindsay.com, or message me through Etsy.

What I collect

• Your email address, if you sign up for the free SVG or the newsletter, or buy directly on this website.
• Order details (what you bought, when, and the name and email you gave at checkout) if you buy directly.

I don't collect card details. Payments are handled by the checkout provider.

Who processes it

• Kit (kit.com) stores email subscribers, sends emails and runs the direct checkout.
• Vercel hosts this website and keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
• Etsy handles everything about purchases made on Etsy, under Etsy's own privacy policy.

Cookies

This website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies, and there's no analytics that follows you around.

Why, and for how long

Your email is used to send what you asked for: the free download, your purchase and the newsletter. The legal basis is your consent (newsletter) and performing our contract (purchases). You stay subscribed until you unsubscribe, and order records are kept as long as the law requires for tax.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe with the link in any email. You can also ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
